Abstract:
In Romania, many businesses are conducted in the field of trade. Direct sell of goods is an operation which attracts many temptations in terms of tax evasion. In this sense, professional accountants, auditors and tax authorities can use a number of correlations to verify the accuracy of results and the correct registration of documents into accounting. Generally, the correlations to be made by the professionals are based on the trial balance. Checking these correlations does not require large amounts of time due to the fact that only one document is needed in order to perform it, as shown above. These correlations are taking into account the value of merchandise, the value of the used price differences, the value of the revenue from the sale of merchandise, the amount of expenses and also the VAT value.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
