Abstract:
The financial audit has the main objective to express a reasonable opinion that the financial statements has been prepared, in all the material respects, in accordance with an agreed financial reporting framework. In order to demonstrate the assertions on the financial statements honesty and fairness, the auditor should reach this conclusion based on sufficient and appropriate evidences.\r\nThe financial audit approach provides a synthesis of the steps to the judgment to be performed in order to meet the specific targets that characterize it and the observance by the financial auditor of the principles that guarantees his/her probity and ethics.\r\n
