Abstract:
The research made in order to draw up the present communication aims the analysis of the particular dimensions of the public relations in the financial environment, the major echo of the impact awareness of managing the public opinion on the organizations financial efficiency and presents the concrete ways the International Audit Standard 260 Communication with the people in charge of the governance in the company’s public information policy might be used. As a functional – integrating conception in the managerial strategy, the public relations are presented from the perspective of the organization’s financial efficiency boost. There are also presented concrete solutions and measures based on the foundation and implementation of the most adequate methods and techniques of the public relations process in the running of the company activity, especially in the financial area, which ensure its competitiveness and flexibility in a more and more turbulent business environment, also emphasised by the economic-financial crisis effects.\r\n
